Dustin received his Bachelors Degree in Agribusiness with a concentration in finance and policy from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2004.

Prior to Reality Capital , Dustin has worked in the banking field as well as the wealth coaching profession. He has since moved his expertise in money management into the investment arena where he is enjoying great success finding investment opportunities.

Matt Brown, Co-founder of Reality Capital, has obtained many successful lending and business sales experience throughout his career.

Matt received his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in marketing from The California State University, Sacramento in 2002.

Matt started as a sales representative and store manager in the residential and commercial painting industry.

He later moved into the banking world achieving tremendous amounts of success in commercial lending.
